Returns
Books, CDs, Planners:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Cancellations:
Workshops:
Registrants who provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days in advance of the session start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received at least 14 days in advance of the session start date will receive a full refund, less a $300 administration fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the session will not receive a refund, but may send a substitute participant in their place. Non-attendance will incur full session fee. Legendary Coaching’s liability is limited to reimbursement of paid workshop fees.
Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
